We can all develop and improve the skills we need to live a more exciting and satisfying life. This means better relationships with our families, friends and significant others, and a more rewarding career.
Sometimes negative mood states can get in the way of our best efforts. There may be times we feel low energy or interest in the things that were once important to us. We may feel tired all the time or as if everything is turning out wrong for us; as if there is nothing we can do to change any of this and make it right again.
It doesn't have to be this way. We can all remember times when things were going well. We can experience success again.
